We’re Rachel and CP Chou from Austin, Texas. We both love exploring God’s creation and spending time creating memories with our family. We wanted to help others experience the beauty and rejuvenation of time away in the East Tennessee mountains (where Rachel grew up). With that in mind, we launched a vacation rental business in the Smoky Mountains in 2016. With God’s abounding grace and blessings, what started as a single cabin has grown to multiple cabins and condos across the area. In 2021, CP’s Mom was diagnosed with cancer. In celebration of her recovery and God’s amazing grace, we’ve been called to support other families facing the challenges of cancer by partnering with Waves of Grace to provide connection and respite. We’ve been so moved by Jennifer and Mike’s faithfulness to create Waves of Grace and are thrilled to be able to offer mountain options to families who need to be surrounded by Christ’s loving and comforting hand.
An application for a respite vacation at any of our property partners at any destination has to be filled out by the applicant’s oncology team and submitted to rest@waves-of-grace.org directly from the oncology team.
